How do I restore purchases?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do I export my data?
Data export is not currently available. Your meditation data is stored locally on your device. If you need assistance with your data, please contact support@mymeditation.app.
How do I delete my account/data?
All data is stored locally on your device — deleting the app removes all data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in your Apple ID settings. For further assistance, contact privacy@mymeditation.app.
What does premium include?
Premium unlocks all 6 ambient sounds, extended month/year statistics, up to 3 notification schedules, and streak freezes. More premium features are coming in future updates. See our Features page for the full breakdown.
How much does premium cost?
$9.99/month or $59.99/year (about 50% savings). Every first-time subscription includes a 7-day free trial.
What iOS version is required?
myMeditation requires iOS 26 or later.
Does the app work with Apple Health?
Yes. myMeditation can write mindful session data and State of Mind entries to Apple Health via HealthKit. Enable this in the app’s Settings.
Is my data private?
Yes. All meditation data is stored locally on your device. We use Sentry for opt-in crash reporting only — no analytics, advertising, or tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do streaks work?
Your meditation streak increases each day you complete a session. If you miss a day, premium subscribers can use a streak freeze to protect their streak.
Is there a watchOS app?
